Create an account from the sign-in screen using one of the available sign-in methods. To request permanent account deletion, email zven.li.nz@gmail.com from the address connected to your account with the subject “Peck Check Account Deletion”. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Account deletion is permanent and removes your account data; it does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Sign in with the same Peck Check account and Apple ID used for the original purchase, then open the Subscription page. Purchase information normally refreshes automatically. If your plan is still missing, restart the app and try again. If the issue continues, contact us with your Peck Check account email; never send passwords or full payment details.

1. Check that your internet connection is working.
2. Close and reopen the app.
3. Update Peck Check and iOS to the latest available versions.
4. For photo problems, allow camera and photo-library access in iOS Settings and use a clear, well-lit image.
5. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of what happened. Do not include student writing, passwords, or payment details unless specifically requested through a safe support process.

Open Peck Check’s Subscription page and choose “Cancel subscription” to open Apple’s subscription management. You can also use iOS Settings: tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select Peck Check, and follow Apple’s instructions. Deleting the app or your Peck Check account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

Place the page on a flat surface with even lighting. Keep the whole page in frame, avoid shadows and blur, and crop away unrelated objects. You can review and correct the recognised text before analysis.

Analysis history may be stored on your device. Removing the app or clearing its data can remove locally stored history, so save or share any report you need to keep.
